Does it mean the products do not have warranty?
No, in fact it is quite the opposite. As we said before, everything we sell is delivered with na invoice and we give the proper assistance for them. However, a SAAS product is considered a mediation for digital services. When you buy and pay for a product in our website, you are acquiring the specific number of codes to be generated for the product you ordered. This code production has a price which is not refunded by the supplier because of the SAAS model, so we do not have means to reuse or resell this product. Only the customer who purchased the codes can, if they wish, proceed with the resale in other places out o four website.
So, in the most cases (with a few exceptions), there is no cancel if the customer bought a product “wrongly”, “by mistake”, “for the wrong system, device or region” or any similar reason. We explain clearly in all products for which systems they were made, for which type of account they are and we still provide links of how to use the product which we recommend that you should read BEFORE you order. We do not want our customers have any unpleasant surprise because we want to offer a good service always, not just once.
What if I buy from you, do not use the product and resell later, can I do that?
YES! This is the main point. We can not cancel a purchase made, but once the code was acquired, you are free to do whatever you want with it. My code does not work!
It does not exist at Rupave. This is the greatest advantage of buying with this. As we said before, we have contracts with the best and biggest softwares suppliers in SAAS model in the world. That means that when you purchase a code, it will be exclusively yours and it will be generated and sent directly to your email as soon as we confirm the order payment. There is no human intervention in the process, so nobody will have access to the code but you. As the code is created by the service producer or for some official supplier (and again, it follows the invoice), you will be totally covered if you buy some code. In addition, the Rupave team have tuttorials teaching how to use the codes and our customer service are available to answer any question you have.
Can I use the code I bought more than once / in more than one device?
Of course the answer is NO. Every code / PIN is unique and can be used only once in only one device. If you try to use the same code more than once, it will not work and you can have your code cancelled for the producer / supplier. Be attentive to your registered email because your code will be sent through it. Please Always use an email that ONLY YOU have access because we do not take responsability for bad usage or loss of any product sold in our website after the delivery. We emphasize again: check if your email account is working properly because you will receive your product and your invoice through it.

Do not worry, because Rupave.us concerns about our customers wellness above selling or having profit. Orders made by credit card demand the full name, ID, a phone number and address (the same where the credit card bill is received) to register in the website. If those information are wrong or incomplete, the order is automatically cancelled. And if our security team finds convenient, can still ask for a copy of the credit card bill or a phone bill. After all of this, if we still suspects of fraud, the credit card system itself will contact the bank which will contact the customer to confirm the purchase. So, if I buy at Rupave.us for the first time, will I have to wait too much for the delivery?
NO. 99% of our orders ship within the same business day, usually within 4 hours. Purchases made during Saturday, Sunday or holidays may take up to one business day to be deliveries. In case of need of confirmation of data for shipments of products, the purchase will take the time necessary until the contact of confirmation of purchase with the customer.
